The AI that knows your health story.
Show Delvia a lab report, a photo, or just how you feel. It tells you what it’s called and what it means, and remembers all of it, so nothing ever starts from zero.
How we handle your data
Delvia gives you the words.
Everything else either says nothing useful or hands you a list of frightening diseases. A name has edges: you can read about it, sleep on it, and walk into the appointment three steps ahead.
- 11 seconds
- The median time before a doctor interrupts a patient explaining why they came. Delvia has no clock. Take as long as you need.
- About half
- How much of what a doctor says a patient actually remembers afterwards. Your history shouldn’t live in memory. Delvia writes it down.
- 1 in 3
- Adults who delayed or skipped care in the last year because of cost. When a visit is a real expense, knowing which problems are worth one matters.
It remembers, so you don’t have to.
Think about the last appointment where you were asked to recall every medication, every dose, every date from memory, in fifteen minutes.
Every Delvia session starts already knowing your whole history: your conditions, what you take, what your numbers did last year. You never explain yourself twice.
What it remembers about you
- Profile
- age, height, weight, chronic conditions
- Lab tests
- every value, with its date and range
- Symptoms
- in your own words, over time
- Diet
- what you ate, described casually
- Physical activity
- workouts, walks, still weeks
- Medications & supplements
- what you take, started, stopped
A single result is a dot. A year of results is a direction.
Delvia lines your values up against their reference ranges, so you can see where a number is heading, not just where it is today.
Health is hard enough in your first language.
The whole product works in seven languages: sessions, explanations, the timeline, even the legal pages. Arabic isn’t a translation bolted on; the entire interface reads right-to-left.
Your data stays yours.
This is health data. It deserves better than a footnote.
- Encrypted at rest
- Your sessions and documents are stored encrypted, not in plain sight.
- Never sold, never trained on
- Your data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
- Documents stay private
- Uploads sit behind signed links that expire, never on a public URL.
- Deleted means deleted
- Delete your account and the data is gone the moment you ask. Not archived, not “deactivated”.
Delvia is informational only. It helps you understand and organise your own health information. It never diagnoses, never treats, never prescribes, and it is not a medical device. For medical decisions, talk to a clinician.
Questions, answered.
Will it actually tell me anything, or just say “see a doctor”?
It tells you what the thing is called and what it means: what the test measures, whether your value sits inside the range, what changed since last time. “Talk to a doctor” is where it lands on the things that need a doctor, not its answer to everything.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. It’s the thing that makes the visit count: it remembers what you forgot, explains what you were handed, and tells you when it’s worth going.
Is this medical advice?
No. Delvia is informational only. It helps you understand and organise your own health information. It never diagnoses, treats or prescribes, and it is not a medical device.
Where does my data live?
On our servers, encrypted at rest. Documents you upload are only reachable through signed links that expire. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I really delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account removes your sessions, documents and timeline. It’s deletion, not deactivation. You can do it from the app or from this page.
How does the weekly AI quota work?
Usage follows the actual model work: input tokens plus output and thinking tokens weighted for their higher cost. Free includes 300,000 tokens a week and Plus includes 6,000,000. Summaries and conversation compaction do not count against it.
What does the AI remember on Free?
On Free, the assistant works from what it learned in the last 14 days: records logged and conversations started in that window. Your timeline keeps everything regardless, and nothing is deleted. Plus removes the window, so every answer draws on your whole history.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Arabic, French, Russian, Italian, Malay and German. The full product in each, including right-to-left layout for Arabic.
Symptom checkers get things wrong. How is this different?
Delvia doesn’t guess what you have. It reads the numbers you were actually given and compares them to the reference range printed on your own report. When a value is far enough out of range to matter, it says so directly.
Do I have to start over every time I use it?
Never. Every conversation begins already knowing your conditions, your medications, and what your numbers did last year.
Do you sell my health data? Is there advertising?
No, and there never will be. No ads, no third-party analytics, no trackers in the app at all. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
How hard is it to cancel?
Easy, and any time. If you subscribed on the web, it’s a Paddle subscription: cancel it in the web app under Profile → Manage subscription. If you subscribed on Android, it’s a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Play in two taps. One honest warning: deleting your Delvia account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel first.
Are there hidden costs?
No add-ons, no upsells, no lab fees. You bring results you already have.
Do I have to use your lab, or live in a particular country?
Neither. Any lab, any country, any language. Photograph the paper report or upload the PDF.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can. Every answer has a Report button, and we read those. Anything that matters, check with a doctor; that’s true of everything you read about your health, including this.
